About the Division
As a Division of the Academy, the Business Services Division leads the provision of quality Academy corporate support services and functions (including procurement, project management and program governance, human resources and culture architecture, finance, facilities management and, risk, audit and performance reporting) which enable successful operation of the Academy. In addition, the Business Services Division is responsible for the oversight, delivery and reporting of the compliance obligations required of a Victorian government statutory authority.
About the Role
The Senior Project Officer – Capability and Culture is responsible for organisational capability uplift, learning and development, and culture change initiatives to support organisational performance and workforce readiness and drive best practice and continuous improvement.

The Senior Project Officer – Capability and Culture contributes to the broader People function by partnering on workforce and people initiatives where they intersect with capability, culture and development. This includes providing subject-matter input into workforce initiatives, aligning capability programs to organisational needs, and ensuring development initiatives align with departmental frameworks and systems.
Capabilities
The role requires the successful candidate to demonstrate the ability to develop authentic relati onships, work collaboratively with peers and leaders, identify solutions to complex problems and continuously improve processes, while remaining focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The work program within the role is cyclical but requires critical thinking and problem solving and is reliant upon the successful candidate being able to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
