About the role:
This role is primarily responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance requests across the department's property portfolio, ensuring that issues are assessed, prioritised, resolved and monitored in a timely and effective manner. The position acts as a key liaison between tenants, service providers, property stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate responsive maintenance services and support the ongoing operation of departmental properties.
The role is responsible for overseeing maintenance workflows, monitoring service delivery performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant property management standards, policies and guidelines. It supports the effective management of lease and property-related matters where required, providing accurate advice and coordinating with internal, external and interdepartmental stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
