THE ROLE
With a focus on data analytics, reporting and data-based planning, and oversight of telephony workflow, the role will assist in the development of workforce planning, business systems, processes and quality improvement initiatives to drive optimal child protection practice and service. The role provides support and supervision to a project officer within the team. The Senior Project Officer will work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimum outcomes for vulnerable clients through improvements to systems, processes and service pathways.
The position requires a motivated and flexible individual who operates well in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders, often incomplete information and competing priorities and commitments.
