THE ROLE
The Senior Project Officer within the Sexual Violence Programs team will lead projects and support the program management of sexual violence services across the state.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to progress the development and implementation of various projects critical to the management of the sexual assault support services, sexually abusive behaviours treatment services, Aboriginal sexual assault services and Multidisciplinary Centres. The role includes supporting the provision of key projects and programs, and will lead the preparation of briefings, discussion papers, data acquittals and analysis, presentations, reports and other documentation.
Applicants should possess strong written skills, conceptual and analytical abilities, project management skills and be collaborative.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
(a) Undertaking research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
(b) Managing projects or sub-projects and being accountable for the successful delivery and completion of the projects/sub-projects within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
(c) Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
