About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Performance Reporting and Analytics, the Senior Project Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality analysis and insights that support informed decision-making across the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).
The Performance Reporting and Analytics (PRA) Unit provides the VSBA's key reporting functions, supporting internal governance, departmental accountabilities, ministerial requirements, and whole-of-government (WOVG) obligations. The team partners closely across VSBA's operational and early childhood teams, delivering critical reporting for capital delivery programs, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
As part of this team, you will engage with stakeholders, source and analyse information, and prepare clear, high-quality briefings, reports and advice for senior executives and governance forums, including the Portfolio Management Committee (PMC), and the Offices of the Minister for Children and the Minister for Education. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including streamlining reporting processes and adopting new data tools.
Employment type: Two VPS5 full-time, fixed-term (until 30 June 2028) positions are available.
