THE ROLE
The Senior Project Officer (Operational Guidance) contributes to the life cycle of developing, reviewing and collating detailed practice and operational guidance materials and procedures to promote quality, client focused service, embed relevant reforms, build state-wide consistency and support local innovation and service and system linkages for The Orange Door.
The role requires a strong, effective, and highly accountable leadership to build and maintain constructive stakeholder relationships to develop and deliver evidence-informed practice, and to represent The Orange Door in relevant forums.
The role will lead on the development and implementation of key statewide projects and their deliverables for The Orange Door Operations, as well as supporting and progressing other areas of work in The Orange Door Program Development projects and statewide governace.

- Able to demonstrate skills in leading, reviewing and collating detailed practice and operational materials with an ability to produce written communications?
- Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an ability to support varied strategic projects that support the delivery of a client focused service?
- Highly organised with excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills?
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:
- Undertaking research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
- Managing projects or sub-projects and being accountable for the successful delivery and completion of the projects/sub-projects within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
- Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
