About the Role
The Senior Service Delivery Advisor (Senior Project Officer) is responsible for supporting support services for the implementation of the Victorian Government's Child Information Sharing Reforms, with a particular focus on advice and support for professionals.
To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills, communication skills, project management experience, sector support experience, as well as experience working in a customer service focused role. These will have been demonstrated through preparing a range of project and contract documentation, preparing briefings and documentation to support professionals to understand and implement reforms. An understanding of the Information Sharing and MARAM reforms and Child Link, is also highly relevant.

About the Division
The Child Safety Division and Victorian Child Information Sharing Branch sits within Early Childhood Education group. The branch leads Victor ia's Child Information Sharing reforms, including the Child Information Sharing Scheme and Child Link, to promote child wellbeing and safety. The branch contributes to implementation and change management activities for the early childhood system reforms, including measuring attendance of children at kindergarten to support the roll-out of the Best Start, Best Life Reforms.
