About the Division
The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) oversees Victoria's largest school building program since the state introduced free public education in the 1870s.
The VSBA delivers on three key priorities:
Asset Management Division
The Asset Management Division is responsible for setting VSBA's strategic asset direction, developing and implementing programs that address accessibility, inclusion and accommodation initiatives, and building school capability and capacity to manage assets.
The Programs Branch delivers a range of programmed improvement and enhance works and urgent responsive maintenance items. The functions delivered within the Programs Branch include the Capital Works Fund, Inclusion Infrastructure, the Accessible Buildings Program, the Emergency Maintenance Program and the Relocatable Building Program.

This role is located in the Commercial and Programs Unit; Maintenance Delivery Branch; Asset Management Division; Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).
