THE ROLE
Are you:
- Experienced in property, including knowledge of the framework of the Victorian Government Land Monitor's policy and the residential property market?
- A strong communicator with proven experience in working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders in a complex environment?
- Experienced in coordinating and capturing outcomes and supporting the delivery of large scale, fast-paced social infrastructure projects?
The Senior Project Manager will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to social and affordable housing for Victorians. The role will require a dynamic, flexible candidate with experience in project management, property transactions, town planning processes, and construction and design management. Excellent skills in project management, a strong attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain accurate records are all essential. Responsibilities for this role include project management, coordination of procurement processes, providing authoritative advice and reporting. In addition, the role is responsible for the acquisition of developments and property for the purposes of social and affordable housing, thus requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, written communication and an excellent understanding of the Victorian Government Transaction Policy and Valuer General Victoria framework, to ensure compliance.
