About the Role
The Senior Project Officer is responsible for project and executive support functions for the Executive Director, Major Projects Development & Integration and to the broader division.
The role enables the Executive Director to work efficiently through the review and preparation of key information and documents including briefings, presentations, meeting papers, correspondence and other division artefacts. The role also undertakes project administration tasks within the division as required to support successful delivery of projects.
The role requires an innovative, self-managing organiser with the ability to work closely with colleagues and handle a busy dynamic work environment.
Being part of a multi-disciplinary team of project management specialists, the role is a key element in ensuring the team fosters a culture of inclusiveness and engagement with all stakeholders to create a working environment that values people and the contribution they make to the welfare and prosperity of all Victorians.
