We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative professional to join the Building Policy and Reform – Strategic Programs and Performance team, where you’ll play a key role in strengthening governance and oversight across major reform initiatives.
Your background in governance, program coordination or project delivery—ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments—will be vital as you support project control boards, manage reporting and risk frameworks, and contribute to policy development. Success in this role will rely on your ability to deliver high-quality advice, create effective stakeholder relationships, and drive fit-for-purpose governance processes that support ministerial and executive decision-making.
To thrive in this environment, you’ll need to be proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks and experience applying project and program management tools in a practical way.
