THE ROLE
The Senior Project Officer works as part team focused on priority workforce issues, including in support of the Aboriginal Sector, through strategic policy advice, strategic projects and research to inform the design and implementation of reforms.
The position requires an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills, a proven track record in the development and implementation of strategies and policy initiatives, and an interest in service reform and addressing key workforce challenges for the community services sector.
