This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a branch with a mandate to support Victorians that access housing and homelessness services with services that meet their needs. The Public Housing Improvement team supports improving how Homes Victoria and the Community Operations and Practice Leadership (COPL) divisions of the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing work together. The team is also responsible for delivering business-critical projects that improve housing service delivery and leading targeted improvements in the design and delivery of public housing services
The Senior Project Officer will lead and implement the delivery of the Outbound Client Correspondence Project. This project aims to review, update and standardise all outbound correspondence related to public housing.
