THE ROLE
The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in delivering a stream within the Energy Efficiency in Social Housing Program. This stream seeks to find innovative methods to retrofit existing social housing utilising modern methods of construction.
The upgrades will reduce renters' cost of living, improve the amenity, comfort and health of their homes, and help shape a more sustainable future. It is also intended that scalable methods will be found to more efficiently deliver high-quality retrofit outcomes for public housing, cost effectively, and to support industry development.
As part of an innovative and collaborative team, this role will critically evaluate proposals, collaborate internally and with contractors to develop high-quality design solutions, establish and apply a rigorous project management plan, and ensure the program meets high standards of quality and efficiency.
