THE ROLE
The Low Rise Construction, Acquisitions and Divestment unit is responsible for management of property, developments, sales, acquisitions and provides project management services for property asset development projects.
The unit implements built infrastructure projects including projects for both small- and large-scale developments, such as housing estate renewal, infill site redevelopment, special purpose refuge and out-of-home-care facilities.
The Senior Project Manager is a key role in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to affordable housing for Victorians.
The role will require a dynamic, flexible and skilled candidate with experience in all facets of project management including coordinating procurement processes, providing authoritative advice, and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver key project outcomes.
