About the Role
This role suits a practical, organised professional who can manage projects end-to-end, work with stakeholders, and produce clear, high-quality government documentation.
The position will contribute to the delivery of a number of large-scale student behaviour support initiatives, including School-wide Positive Behaviour Support and Positive Classroom Management Strategies. The Senior Project Advisor will lead the project planning, implementation design and monitor program activities to ensure consistent and effective rollout across schools.
You will work closely with internal teams, regional staff and external partners to design implementation appro aches, track progress, resolve delivery issues and maintain alignment with policy and operational requirements.

You are a collaborative and solutions-focused professional who can manage competing priorities and work confidently across complex environments. You demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, respond quickly to emerging issues and maintain alignment with project objectives.
You bring experience in project and program management, implementation planning and stakeholder engagement, along with the ability to develop and adapt processes to support effective delivery. You communicate clearly and concisely, and can translate complex information into accessible material for government and operational audiences.
We are looking for someone who is organised, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a collaborative environment, with strong project management capability and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor degree in a relevant field is desirable.
Proven experience in a senior project advisory or similar role, ideally within the public sector or education system.
Demonstrated skills in strategic communications, project delivery, government writing, and high-level evaluation processes.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
