Reporting to the Director, Business Services, the Senior Manager, Strategy and PMO is a pivotal leadership role responsible for translating ST Vic’s strategic objectives into a prioritised, deliverable portfolio of initiatives.
This role will lead the establishment and operation of a fit-for-purpose Project Management Office (PMO), oversee the implementation of ST Vic’s corporate strategy and roadmap, and uplift organisational project capability. You will be accountable for driving strategic alignment, delivering transparent reporting, strengthening governance, and embedding a culture of performance and accountability across ST Vic’s portfolio of initiatives.
