About the Role
This is a fixed term full time position until 31 December 2027.
Schoolwide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) Coaches work with a caseload of schools within a designated Area to support the implementation of the SWPBS framework. The successful appointee will need adequate working knowledge and experience implementing multi-tiered systems of support. Coaches will use valid and reliable tools to evaluate the progress of school implementation and facilitate action planning with school-based teams.
This position will be based from the Glen Waverley and Ringwood offices in the Inner and Outer Eastern Metropolitan Areas.

About the Division
The roles are situated in the Wellbeing and Engagement Branch, Student Wellbeing and Engagement Division in each Region within the Schools and Regional Services Group. The Wellbeing and Engagement Branch is a multidisciplinary team which supports the implementation of health, wellbeing and inclusion reforms and initiatives in a consistent manner across the region. The Branch provides expert advice and guidance focused on building the capabilities of regional teams and schools about current evidence and good practice that results in measurable positive outcomes for children and young people. This includes liaising with central office groups and divisions to contribute to the formulation of new policies or initiatives for successful implementation with fidelity.

This role requires frequent travel to schools and offices and a Victorian driver's licence is required. A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required for this role.
