About the Role
The Senior Program Advisor will work with stakeholders across the department and externally to lead a variety of policy and projects to lift the mental health and wellbeing outcomes for Victorian students. Applicants with a strong understanding of and experience in government processes including project management and procurement, and policy development will be highly regarded, as will high-quality written communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

We are looking for a candidate with strong program management, policy and stakeholder engagement skills who can apply these skills to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people in Victorian schools. The successful candidate will be someone who is comfortable leading complex projects and coordination tasks, understanding data, providing advice to decision makers and drafting operational policy and guidance.
