About the Role
The Senior Procurement Advisor engages effectively with business stakeholders to plan and execute procurement initiatives, with a focus on achieving fit for purpose sourcing outcomes that drive value for money. The role also involves working with stakeholders to co-develop the go to market strategy, provide strategic support throughout the market engagement and lead supplier negotiations through to contract award as well as provide any other commercial support as required by key stakeholders.
In addition to driving value for money, the role is responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of the DTP procurement strategy, supporting and coordinating process improvement initiatives and procurement reform, stakeholder relationship management and ensuring compliance with DTP procurement policy.
