THE ROLE
As Senior Practice Adviser, you will be responsible for supporting the work of the Chief Practitioner and relevant others in ensuring appropriate structure is in place to support application of the new practice approach for statutory Child Protection and other projects as required.
The Senior Practice Adviser role works across the Child Protection program with key stakeholders such as the Statewide Principal Practitioners, Principal Practice Advisers and Area Principal Practitioners on matters relating to the application of the Child Protection practice approach.
The role operates within a dynamic environment that requires flexibility, the capacity to exercise sound judgement and the ability to take effective, timely action.
