The Senior Policy Officer undertakes a key role in the delivery of the Residential Efficiency Scorecard, a national program to improve the energy performance of existing homes through a star rating. The role is responsible for leading a range of activities including the design and delivery of projects that support program uptake nationally and the management of relationships with various jurisdictional and external stakeholders including Scorecard assessors. The role requires the ability to understand, engage with and communicate the benefits of the Residential Efficiency Scorecard to a variety of audiences, and may be required to represent the Department in various meetings and forums.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
