Senior Policy Officer
The Role

Main Accountabilities
The Team
The position of Senior Policy Officer forms a part of the TAFE Strategy, Systems and Tertiary Governance branch within the Skills and TAFE group.
The TAFE Strategy, Systems and Tertiary Governance branch plays a leadership role in governance and reform of the Victorian TAFE Network. Focusing on strategic system design, quality improvements, and engagement with industry, the branch develops policy initiatives and oversees key areas like TAFE network courseware, Centres of Excellence, and targeted industry workforce strategies. It ensures alignment with government priorities while promoting continuous improvement and positive outcomes for Victorian students, industries, and communities.
