If so, the Senior Policy Officer role in the Consumer Protection Frameworks team may be for you.
This role provides the opportunity to design and develop robust and consumer-centric reforms to Victoria's retail energy market to make energy accessible, fair and affordable for all customers. Working within a flexible and collaborative team, the successful candidate will manage workstreams to provide authoritative, clear and timely advice on policy and implementation options for energy retail and consumer protection matters and reforms. You will also develop and prepare high-quality written documentation, including briefings, correspondence, submissions, presentations and reports for a range of audiences including the Minister and departmental executives. Critical thinking and the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders is also required.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 2 years. The work location for this position is Melbourne CBD with hybrid work arrangements available.
