Senior Policy Officer
The Role
We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Policy Officer with demonstrated experience in policy development, strong analytical capabilities, and a sound understanding of government processes. The successful candidate will contribute to policy development, evaluation and reform projects to improve training outcomes, increase the effectiveness of the Victorian VET system, and support Victoria's skills and TAFE priorities.

The position of Senior Policy Officer forms a part of the Policy and Strategy branch within the Skills and TAFE group.
Skills and TAFE (S&T) focuses on enabling Victorians to access the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to participate in today's workforce, prepare for future jobs, and achieve their educational aspirations. Policy and Strategy Branch (PSB) leads the system and strategic policy settings of Victoria's vocational education and training (VET) system so that it delivers high quality outcomes for learners and the Victorian economy.
