We are seeking two Senior Policy Officers to deliver high-quality policy research and advice that supports transparency, consumer protections and affordability in Victoria's energy retail market.
In this role, you will lead the development of evidence-based policy and provide clear, well-structured advice to support decision-making. You will independently undertake complex research and analysis, while also identifying and responding to current and emerging issues in a strategic and planned way.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong policy development and implementation skills, excellent written communication and organisational ability, and the capacity to prioritise and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes. Proven critical thinking ability and experience working within government processes are also essential.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
There are two fixed-term roles available until 31 December 2026. The work location for these positions is flexible within Victoria, with hybrid work arrangements available.
