The Senior Policy Officer provides critical skills and experience to develop policy and legislative options to support biosecurity, food, domestic animals, livestock management and animal welfare reform. The successful applicant will work effectively across legislative reform priority areas, and across Agriculture Victoria, supporting the delivery of diverse, complex and challenging policy and legislative reforms. Strong analytical, negotiation and influence and stakeholder management skills are a must. The Senior Policy Officer will work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and enjoy contributing to a culture of excellence, collaboration and integrity.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is Attwood with hybrid work arrangements available.
