The Senior Policy and Project Officer is responsible for actively contributing to the development, design and implementation of new reform and changes to service delivery. This role will support the Unit's work in enabling the system and services to deliver more flexible supports that are tailored to people's needs, focus on preventing homelessness, sustaining housing and towards zero rough sleeping.
The Senior Policy and Project Officer will undertake research, analysis, policy development and design work and will work effectively with stakeholders to gather information, insights, support and contribute to policy and project governance bodies. Collaborating with external homelessness agencies, colleagues within DFFH and across the Victorian Government is also a significant part of the role.
