We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to join the Housing, Building and Land Delivery Group.
The role sits within the Planning Services team, which is dedicated to delivering efficient statutory planning solutions that support authorities, industry, and communities in creating and sustaining thriving urban areas across Victoria. This team plays a vital role in the Department of Transport and Planning's (DTP) project delivery and its contribution to the Government's planning reform agenda.
Planning Services is part of the New Communities division within Housing, Building and Land Delivery. Our mission is to create a lasting impact by shaping well-planned communities and the infrastructure they need. We provide expert-led urban growth planning across Victoria, with a clear focus on delivering zoned land for housing and employment in designated growth areas, including new communities, urban renewal precincts, regional cities, and towns. We also advise on infrastructure coordination and support post-plan implementation.
