As the Senior Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine, you will provide expert clinical leadership in medication management, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based and patient-centred care. This is an exciting opportunity to influence clinical practice, lead service development and governance initiatives, mentor pharmacists, and contribute to education and research within one of Victoria's fastest-growing health services.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Lead Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Services and supported by other Senior Pharmacists in the Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Services team, you will play a key leadership role in developing and delivering high-quality emergency medicine pharmacy services across Western Health.

This role requires flexibility to support operational service delivery, including participation in after-hours, weekend, public holiday and on-call rosters as required. Travel across Western Health sites may also be required.
