About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position within the Pharmacy Department, Division of Access and Clinical Operations. You will provide senior clinical and operational expertise within the Clinical Trials Pharmacy Service to ensure the safe, effective and compliant delivery of clinical trials and novel therapies. You will play a key role in service development, quality improvement, education, research support and stakeholder engagement, enabling equitable access to clinical research opportunities for eligible patients at The Royal Children's Hospital.
Internally, this position may also be known and/or referred to as: Senior Clinical Trials Pharmacist.
Classification for this position is in accordance with Award 12 - Pharmacists.
Depending on experience and qualifications, this will range from SX6 (Grade 3, Year 1) to SX81 (Grade 3, Year 4), from $108,820.40 to $123,905.60 per annum, plus superannuation.

About the Department:
The Pharmacy Department provides comprehensive pharmacy services across The Royal Children's Hospital, supporting safe and effective medication management for children and young people. The Clinical Trials Pharmacy Service has experienced significant growth and works closely with investigators, Murdoch Children's Research Institute, the University of Melbourne and multidisciplinary clinical teams to facilitate clinical trials and advanced therapies for paediatric patients.
