Shaping Victoria's energy future
VicGrid is leading one of the most significant infrastructure transformations in Victoria's history.
Our role is to connect renewable energy at scale to support a more reliable, sustainable and affordable electricity grid that can meet the increasing demand for electricity as coal-fired power stations close.
If you want your work to have real-world impact and deliver lasting benefits for all Victorians, this is a place where your contribution can make a real difference.
The Opportunity
As a Senior People Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to VicGrid's Executive Directors and Directors, helping shape the capability, culture and workforce that will deliver Victoria's energy future.
Reporting to the Director, People and Capability, you will join a small, passionate and high-performing team with a unique opportunity to help build the people foundations of one of Victoria's newest and significant public sector organisations. You will anticipate future workforce needs, solve complex organisational challenges and design practical, evidence-based people solutions that enable organisational performance and sustainable growth.
