We’re seeking a seasoned Senior People & Culture Business Partner to lead and influence people strategy across a high-impact portfolio. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape workforce initiatives that align with DTP’s strategic goals and enable organisational excellence.
You’ll develop deep insight into your client groups, providing strategic advice, coaching, and tailored solutions that support performance, capability development, organisational design, workforce planning, and change leadership. You’ll also play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering with subject matter experts across the People & Culture function.
This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to lead meaningful, systems-level change.
