About the role
The Senior Payroll Specialist plays a key role in delivering accurate, compliant and high-quality payroll services across the organisation. You will provide expert advice on complex payroll matters, ensuring alignment with the VPS Enterprise Agreement, departmental policies and legislative requirements. Working closely with the payroll team and business areas, you will offer technical guidance, support issue resolution and contribute to payroll projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
With strong knowledge of payroll systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, you will help strengthen capability and maintain service continuity through hands-on support. This role is central to upholding governance, improving processes and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time—every time.
