At Community Correctional Services (CCS), we work every day to reduce reoffending and support safer communities. Through evidence-based case management and rehabilitation, we help individuals address the underlying causes of their offending and create meaningful change in their lives.
We manage people on community-based court orders, post-sentence supervision, and parole. Our focus is on providing the structure, accountability, and support needed for successful reintegration into the community.
About the role:
Senior Parole Officers deliver high-quality case management to a complex, high-risk caseload of individuals on parole who have committed serious sexual or violent offences.
In this autonomous role, you will apply advanced professional judgement to manage risk, support rehabilitation, and prioritise community safety in line with the Corrections Victoria Offender Management Framework.
You will work with individuals under correctional supervision, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure structured, evidence-based case management that reduces reoffending and promotes safer communities.
