About the role
Reporting to the Manager – Organisational Development, the Senior Organisational Development Advisor supports the design, coordination and delivery of people and capability programs that enhance the employee experience and organisational effectiveness at Parks Victoria.
This role assists in implementing a range of initiatives including culture and wellbeing programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, capability frameworks, workforce development activities and leadership development projects. The Senior Organisational Development Advisor also contributes to communications, evaluation, reporting and logistics to ensure the smooth and high-quality delivery of organisational development initiatives across the organisation.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, contractors and partners, this role applies sound judgement, initiative and organisational development expertise to support culture change, improve performance and contribute to a skilled, engaged and high-performing workforce. The position supports continuous improvement by identifying issues, managing priorities and adapting to changing organisational needs.
