About the Role
The primary objective of the Senior Operations Officer is to manage and supervise the operations of the Department's 24/7 communications centre and alarm monitoring service for DE. As a key member of the team, you will support the manager in overseeing all staff within the communications centre, ensuring smooth and efficient operational management. Your responsibilities will include coordinating rosters, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of staff performance.
This is an ongoing full-time opportunity.
