THE ROLE
The Senior Operations Officer plays a key role in the oversight, development and implementation of operational plans, processes and systems to help ensure the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing can respond to an emergency impacting the Victorian community at any time. The role is also an important part of the department's the operational response to emergencies and provides subject matter expertise during emergency operations.
The Senior Operations Officer plays a key role in overseeing, developing, and implementing operational plans, processes, and systems to ensure the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing can respond effectively to emergencies affecting the Victorian community. The role also contributes directly to the department's emergency response efforts by providing subject matter expertise during emergency operations.
