Job Title: Senior Oncology Pharmacist (Grade 3) - Outpatients
About the Role:
This is a Fixed Term Full Time position to cover Parental Leave for 12 months at 80 hours per fortnight within the Oncology Pharmacy Team. Part-Time applications for 64 hours per fortnight will be considered.
You will be responsible for the provision of pharmacy oncology services to the Children’s Cancer Centre(CCC) Day Cancer Centre and Outpatients, working with a collaborative team of senior oncology pharmacists to deliver a high quality pharmacy service across CCC. Participation in relevant committees, multidisciplinary meetings and clinical trials being carried out within the Children’s Cancer Centre is required.
Classification for this position will range from SX6 – SX81 ($108,820.40 - $123,905.60 annually pro rata)

• Registered to practice as a pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency & name appears on the register of the Pharmacy Board of Australia.

About The Department:
We are a team of around 70 staff including pharmacists, technicians, and administrators. Our supportive and collaborative teams include Outpatients, Children’s Cancer Centre, Clinical Pharmacy, Clinical trials, and Medicines Information, HiTH and Sterile Services and the Pharmacy Business Unit.
The Oncology Pharmacy Team are integrated into the Children’s Cancer Centre, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
