ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Senior Multimedia Designer is responsible for designing and delivering multimedia solutions across Museums Victoria's exhibitions, galleries, and public spaces, bringing creative and technical expertise to storytelling, interactive experiences, and visitor engagement through audiovisual, digital, and integrated systems. Working as part of the Technical Services team, the role contributes to new gallery developments as well as refreshes, upgrades, and ongoing improvements to existing exhibitions — participating in concept development, design, prototyping, documentation, and delivery.
The role provides multimedia design support within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver engaging, high-quality exhibition and gallery experiences, ensuring solutions are creative, functional, and maintainable, and supports operational outcomes by working closely with the Technical Services Operations and Events teams.

This is an ongoing, full-time position. The salary on offer is Grade 4, Value Range 1 - $100,984 per annum, pro rata + 12% Superannuation.
