About the role
South West Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our Centralised Triage Team, an essential gateway to our mental health service. This team provides timely and comprehensive mental health screening assessments, ensuring consumers are connected with the right level of care. When specialist mental health services are not the best fit, the team offers warm, person‑centred referrals to appropriate community supports and providers.
As a Senior Clinician, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, trauma‑informed, and recovery‑oriented triage services across a 24/7 roster. You will provide direct clinical care, contribute to service enhancement initiatives, and support team members through supervision, mentoring, and consistent clinical guidance. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while shaping an innovative, responsive, and collaborative mental health entry point.
