About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our Centralised Triage Team, a dynamic and essential part of our mental health service. This team plays a vital role in conducting timely mental health screening assessments and ensuring consumers are connected to the right services for their needs. Where specialist mental health care is not the best fit, the team provides warm, thoughtful referrals to alternative supports and providers.
As a Senior Clinician, you will take a leadership role in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented mental health triage services. You will provide direct clinical care while supporting and mentoring your team, ensuring consistent, compassionate, and effective service delivery across a 24/7 roster.
