About the role
Senior Mental Health Clinician, Adult Phone Triage within the team complete expert and timely mental health, alcohol and other drug triages to determine the most appropriate treatment and care pathways for Adults. Referrals are received in written and telephone form, with the triage process undertaken primarily by phone. This is senior clinician role is consumer focused and requires the highest standard of assistance through the provision of clinical advice, recommendations and referrals.
Senior clinicians within the Phone Triage team will demonstrate clinical leadership through mentorship and supervision of RPN3/AH2 clinicians, contributing to the ongoing development of the service and supporting their manager with day to day operations.
