About the role
This is an Ongoing fulltime position.
The Senior Manager Stakeholder Engagement role leads customer, community and stakeholder engagement across all public transport modes, with a focus on rail. They manage ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, policy briefs and government relations, providing clear, strategic advice on complex issues.
They build strong relationships across the transport sector, government and operators to resolve challenges, influence positive outcomes, and reduce reputational risks. They guide teams, oversee processes and use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Success ensures timely, high-quality advice and engagement, improves operations, supports leadership decisions and delivers better outcomes for the public.
