This role will report to the Director, Portfolio Operations Efficiency. This team supports the Water and Catchments Group, Water Portfolio entities and the Minister for Water to ensure the water sector is using its resources efficiently and effectively in delivering water, sewerage and related services to Victoria.
The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with demonstrated experience in delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment. You will be comfortable working directly with senior executives in a fast-paced environment and confident in negotiating through uncertainty to deliver service excellence. You will need to have an excellent understanding of driving change in the public sector and will lead a team of skilled staff to form and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 September 2028. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
