Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

People Services provide core human resources and safety functions, ensuring Courts Group has productive work systems and modern workplaces. People Services design and implement programs that support work performance and the health, safety, and wellbeing of judicial officers, members, and employees.
The Health Safety and Capability function includes Organisational Development, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Psychological Health and Safety, Safety and Assurance and Injury Management and Worker's Compensation. Collectively these teams provide the foundations of good work, a positive culture, embed safe ways of working, and enable effective support and recovery.
About the role:
Offered on a full-time ongoing basis with flexible working arrangements in Melbourne CBD, and reporting directly to the Director, Health, Safety and Capability, the Senior Manager, Safety and Assurance is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CSV's occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS), safety governance and assurance frameworks, and risk management processes.
