About the role:
The Senior Manager, Project Reform Implementation will play a critical role in enhancing capabilities and improvement overseeing ways of working for project reforms such as the Patient Review Panel and Donor Registry. They will ensure these customer-facing services improve, are fit for purpose, and are effectively used to deliver the objectives of the department.
The position will be responsible for key project reforms related to the transfer of Assisted Reproductive Treatment functions to the department. This includes oversight and reform of the Patient Review Panel and Donor Conception Registry, additionally they will be required to lead the Patient Review Panel and Donor Conception Registry teams during this transition.
From the onset, this unique role will support in the data migration and transitioning of confidential information into the Departmental database. This will require providing flexible and specialised executive leadership to a broad range of issues within the department. Required expertise and insights at working with complex internal and external senior stakeholders such as private IVF clinics. These relationships will require the Senior Manager to influence and negotiate to improve outcomes for various projects. Multidisciplinary knowledge and understanding of patient data as well as confidentiality and integrity of the data are paramount mixed skill.
