About the role:
The Senior Manager, People and Culture leads VicHealth's people, culture, workforce capability and organisational development agenda, while providing strategic advice to the CEO, Executive and leaders and ensuring strong people governance and stewardship. The role reports to the Executive Manager, Corporate Services and leads a team of 2.

You will be a manager with demonstrated record of building productive relationships with leaders and staff to build thriving and productive workplaces. You will be comfortable advising senior executives and other leaders to help them make informed people decisions. Central to your success is an ability to communicate complex people-related concepts to a wide range of audiences. This is a delivery-focused role – with strong foundations set, the organisation is looking for a P&C leader who excels at implementation, enabling a committed team to drive and deliver.
