ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications to join us for the ride in this full-time ongoing role.
The Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications is strategic thinking with the marketing expertise to further cement Victoria's standing as a screen destination. A natural leader, they inspire action by translating strategies into collective action and individual pathways to success.

Brand & Content: Experience managing brand frameworks and governance, directing design and identity, and delivering multi-platform content strategies.
Marketing & Communications Mastery: Demonstrated success delivering complex, integrated marketing and communications strategies, including large scale campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading high-performing teams, workforce planning, shaping roles and capabilities, driving culture, and leading change with accountability.
Energy: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for all things screen drives you to deliver quality client services – day-in, day-out
