About the Business Unit:
The Integrity and Investigations Unit oversees fraud and corruption prevention and investigations, technology-led detection and analysis, engagement with integrity agencies and DJCS' integrity culture program.
Integrity and Investigations is responsible for leading:
- Corruption investigations, confidential assessments and referral of Public Interest Disclosures.
- DJCS' engagement with agencies such as the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission and the Victorian Ombudsman.
- Investigations into suspected integrity breaches using technology-led detection and analysis.
- Integrity and child safety understanding, buy-in, culture and legislative compliance.
About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Integrity Culture and is responsible for leading the Integrity Culture team to deliver risk management, strategic intelligence, education, communications, integrity policy and child safety compliance activities.
Some of your duties will include:
- Delivering the DJCS Integrity strategy.
- Developing, leading and delivering the Integrity Culture program of work
- Leading and managing the DJCS integrity work program including:
- developing, maintaining and implementing the DJCS Integrity Framework
- the efficient and effective management of the DJCS integrity policies, including Fraud, Corruption and Other Losses, Conflict of Interest, Declaration of Private Interests, Gifts and Hospitality and AASB124
- delivering and reporting on the outcomes of key integrity projects in the Integrity Framework and Strategy.

About You:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Subject matter expert in the knowledge of integrity, fraud, and corruption prevention, programs, policies and procedures
- Functional and practical knowledge of risk management best practice
- Significant experience in developing and delivering effective education and communication programs, ideally, but not necessarily in an integrity environment.
